These are PCP (Personal Contract Purchase) deals.  The initial deposit could be made by payment or by part exhanging your bike with us.
GFV is the Guaranteed Future Value.  If at the end of the agreement the bike is within the annual contracted mileage you can either:
a) hand the bike back and pay nothing more
b) keep the bike and pay or refinance the GFV amount
c) part exchange the bike and use the difference between the GFV and the actual part ex value of the bike as a deposit on a different bike.

If the bike is over the contracted mileage the only difference is the GFV is reduced by the excess mileage charge, but 30,000 miles in 3 years is adequate for most riders and every 10,000 miles above is only about another £300-£320.
