This is a great opportunity to join one of the UK’s top Honda and Suzuki motorcycle dealerships at our prestigious Bridgend store.  A demanding role in a busy environment suitable for someone with automotive service department and workshop management experience with a keen interest in motorcycles.

Must have excellent customer and organisation skills, technical and mechanical knowledge and commercial awareness.

Responsible for maximising profitability and efficiency of the entire Bridgend motorcycle service, repair and MOT operation by leading and motivating a department of 10 employees including Technicians, Service Advisors, Drivers and Valeters.

Salary OTE £30,000 +
