Ty Hafan offers comfort, care and support for life-limited children and young people and is dedicated to improving the quality of life for the whole family. This comfort and support extends out of the hospice and reaches right into the heart of the family home, and is completely free of charge to the families in Wales who need it.The plan is to all meet up at Thunder Road Motorcycles in Bridgend and then riding to Ty Hafan's head office in cardiff to donate presents for the children at the hospice.

We will be leaving Thunder Road in Bridgend at 10am, riding to Ty Hafan's head office in cardiff.  Please bring 1 present, new and unwrapped for boys or girls aged from 0-16 years old.
