We stay closer to our customers because we're independent; if you're not happy with something don't ask for the Manager, ask for the Owner: who nine times out of ten will be found in the Showroom.

You won't get conned. We rely heavily on repeat business, rather than throwing loads of money at advertising to bring in new customers we try hard to retain previous customers. Being locally owned and managed we bump into our customers all the time, this would be most unpleasant if we did dodgy deals.

You won't get stitched up in our clothing department, because we're independent we can pick and choose which lines we want to stock. If we've got it, it's because it offers excellent quality and value, if we haven't got it, it probably isn't worth having.

We have the best team of people. From Sales to Stores to Workshop to Admin, all of our team are motorcycle enthusiasts, all are characters and all are excellent at their jobs.

We have factory trained mechanics and first class workshop and MOT facilities. New Hondas are incredibly reliable and well built but servicing them isn't something any Joe Spanner can do, particularly high performance models. When you buy a bike of any kind from us, you can rest assured that we have the technical know how and the facilities to keep it in top condition.

We have the best Events. Since our open day, which saw the whole road Drowned in Sea of Motorcycles, we have been very fortunate in the turn outs for our Open Days (every sunny Saturday is like an Open Day at Thunder Road).

We have a Rideout most weeks throughout the summer, which is again very well attended, by all standards of motorcyclist on all types of bike. Our Online Fantasy Competition is entered by thousands of racing fans, world-wide. And our annual track day at Pembrey is renowned for the quality of the organisation and the value for money it offers riders who wish to really test their equipment to the limit of their ability.

It's a good laugh. Because everyone who works at Thunder Road enjoys being there, it rubs off on the customers and the suppliers. Everyone likes coming to visit us... come and see for yourself.
